Answer: Until about 1962, the Match 54 was delivered with a shrunk-on front sight base, into which the front sight (M16) was pressed laterally by means of a dovetail fit. There is no sight raiser block for this version.
For the KK models Match 54 , 1407 to 1813 , where the V-block was screwed onto the barrel to accommodate the front sight tunnel, the ANSCHÜTZ sight raiser block model 6713/2, Anschütz – order no. 009161 / SE – order no. 101284 fits.
